Gridwise Basic
Maintaining free access to core features
As gig economy companies adjust their models, impacting workers’ profit margins, we remain committed to providing Gridwise’s essential tools at no cost. Our free Gridwise Basic plan will continue allowing users to track their earnings and mileage manually without any fees.
In summary, Gridwise Basic (free) will offer:
- Manual earnings and expense entry (unlimited)
- Manually activated mileage and shift tracking (unlimited)
- A view of your personal trends
- Limited access to insights, events, and airport information
- Weather and sporting event alerts
- Access to Gridwise’s exclusive benefits
Beginning on April 18, 2024, advanced capabilities such as automatic mileage tracking and earnings syncing across platforms will be exclusive to our premium Gridwise Plus subscription service. This ensures we can sustainably invest in developing new features that empower gig workers while keeping core functionality accessible to all.

Gridwise Plus ($9.99 per month $6.99 per month from April 3–30, 2024) will offer:
- Unlimited automatic earnings syncing
- Unlimited mileage tracking using the new automatic tracker
- Full access to insights, events, and airport information

- Unlimited event reminders and up-to-the-minute 24-hour airport details

Your data
Understanding changes to syncing and tracking
If you are currently a Gridwise Plus user, your earnings will continue to sync after April 18, and you will also gain access to our newest Plus feature, automatic mileage tracking.
If you are currently a Gridwise Basic user with linked accounts, your historical synced earnings will remain accessible, but future earnings will not sync past April 18 unless you subscribe to Gridwise Plus.
On Gridwise Basic, you will still be able to:
- View your historical synced earnings in the app
- Export tax reports based on your historical synced earnings in PDF format
- Add expenses
- Add earnings manually, either by tapping the (+) button and choosing “tips, bonuses, and other earnings” or by switching a service’s data source to “manually entered” in your profile
Gridwise Plus limited-time offer
Whether you’re new to Gridwise or have been here since the beginning, we want to thank you. We would not be where we are today without the Gridwise community, and so to thank you for your support, we will be offering a limited-time discount on Gridwise Plus subscriptions.
Starting April 3, 2024, you will be able to subscribe to Gridwise Plus for $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year. This limited-time offer will last until April 30, 2024. Subscribers on the monthly plan will keep this pricing for the remainder of 2024, while subscribers on the annual plan will keep this pricing for as long as their subscription remains active.
After April 30, the price of Gridwise Plus will return to $9.99 per month or $72 per year for new subscribers.
Understanding the offer's terms and conditions
Starting April 3, 2024, you will be able to subscribe to Gridwise Plus at discounted rates of $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year. After April 30, 2024, the price of new subscriptions will return to $9.99 per month and $72 per year.
- The discounted rate for monthly plans will remain in effect until January 1, 2025. After January 1, monthly plans will revert to $9.99 per month on their next renewal.
- The discounted rate for annual plans will remain in effect for as long as the subscription remains active, and as long as Gridwise offers this subscription.
If you’re already subscribed to Gridwise Plus, you will be automatically switched to these discounted prices at your next renewal. There is no need to unsubscribe and resubscribe to activate the new pricing.
