What data we collect
When you use the Gridwise app, we collect information about you as a driver, such as:
- Your driver profile, including your contact information, what kind of car you drive, and which services you drive for
- Earnings data from accounts that you have linked to Gridwise, or that you have entered manually
- Location data from using the built-in mileage tracker
How we use your data
Just as Gridwise uses collective data from its drivers to provide earnings insights in our application, we provide public and private organizations with insights into rideshare and delivery trends through Gridwise Analytics. When you use Gridwise to track your earnings and mileage, your data is anonymized and combined with data from thousands of other drivers.
Gridwise shares data insights with cities, airports, retail organizations, and financial institutions to help with the fight for driver rights, optimize city infrastructure, decrease traffic congestion, and much more.
