How to record earnings manually

Recording your earnings with Gridwise is easy. We’ve tried to make it as convenient as possible, so there are a couple ways to do it.

After tracking a shift

When you track your mileage with Gridwise, you’ll be prompted to enter your earnings at the end of each shift.

There are plenty of reasons why you should be tracking your mileage. Not only will this tell you how much to deduct when filing your taxes, but it will give you better insight into how much you’re driving and earning for each service.

To start a shift, go to the Earnings tab and turn on the tracker at the top of the screen. When you return home, turn the tracker off.

After completing your shift, you’ll have a chance to enter your earnings. Just tap “add earnings” and enter your trips and earnings for each service on the next screen. When you’re finished, hit “save.”

Using the + button

You can also add or edit your earnings at any time without tracking a shift. To do so, go to the Earnings tab and tap the (+) button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Next, choose “rideshare and delivery earnings” and select the date you want to edit earnings for.
