Gridwise is the app more than a million rideshare and delivery drivers use to track their earnings and mileage and to find the best times and places to work. We are profitable, remote-first, and small enough that the person who owns a problem also gets to own the solution.
The role
You will own the roadmap for the Flex Worker App. That means turning what we learn from driver behavior data into features that help drivers earn more, partnering closely with engineering, design, and lifecycle marketing, and shipping something meaningful every week.
What you will do
- Define and prioritize the app roadmap from driver research and product analytics.
- Write clear specs that engineers and designers can build from without a second meeting.
- Run experiments on activation, account linking, and subscription conversion.
- Own core metrics such as monthly linked users and trial-to-paid conversion.
- Work with the analytics team on the data products that flow from the app.
What we look for
- Four or more years of product management on a consumer mobile app.
- Comfort with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and with designing experiments.
- Experience with subscription products.
- Strong written communication. We make decisions in writing.
- Real interest in gig work and the people who do it.
- A bonus if you have worked in marketplaces, fintech, or mobility.
How we work
We are remote across United States time zones and async by default, with a small number of standing meetings. Decisions get written down so the whole team can see how we got there.
